All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been received and confirmed.

Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

During periods of high order volume, processing times may be slightly longer. Customers will be notified of any significant delays.

Estimated Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

• Major Cities: 2–5 business days

• Regional Areas: 3–7 business days

• Remote Areas: 5–10 business days

Shipping Costs

Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photos of the packaging and products received.
